Walk your neighborhood
Knock doors with neighbors in Hillsborough, Aragon & Hillsdale. No experience needed — high schoolers and recent alumni especially welcome.
Hear why neighbors across Area 3 are walking for Jen.
What a shift looks like
Get a short list of nearby homes and a map — usually just a couple dozen doors.
Say hi, share why I'm running, and hand over a flyer. Most doors take under a minute.
No answer? No problem — leave the flyer with a note and move to the next door.
This is a nonpartisan school board race — every conversation is about our local schools, not national politics.

Common questions
Do I need to know all the details of Jennifer's platform?
Not at all — you'll get a simple talking-points sheet, and it's fine to say "I'm not sure, but I can have Jennifer follow up" if you're asked something you don't know.
What if I'm nervous about knocking on doors?
Totally normal — many volunteers had never canvassed before. Bring a friend, pick a shorter shift, or start at the kickoff so you're walking with others your first time out.
Can I bring my spouse, a friend, or my kids?
Yes, please! Just note how many are in your group when you sign up.
What if I can only do a weekday?
The sign-up sheet has a spot for weekday availability — we're glad to find something that fits.
